Let's look cute! This 1990's pin-tucked and polka dotted confection is a great little dress. The ruffled cap sleeves and handkerchief hem is delightfully flattering. The bias cut of the black ground rayon fabric makes it easy to slip on. The front v neck and back panel are pintucked along the seam lines. In great condition.
